Global Assessment Tools
Of the many global assessments out there, these four are easy to administer and are broadly applicable to a variety of learning environments.
American Association of Colleges and Universities-This guide includes recommendations for good practice, the establishment and assessment of global learning goals, a quantitative survey, and a planning matrix.
The American Forum for Global Education– This checklist assess global competencies for all levels of a school community, including administration, faculty, and students.
The Asia Society– This 136 page book, Educating for Global Competence: Preparing Our Youth to Engage the World, includes a checklist for evaluating the global relevance of assignments.
Duke University– This rubric assesses the global awareness of students.
